Under an Exclusive Sales Mandate, Exlusive acts as the main project representative and single point of coordination for sales communication, buyer qualification, broker coordination and controlled distribution. Selected external agents and brokers may still operate under agreed co-broker arrangements.
Commission to be defined in the mandate, aligned with standard project / sell-side commission logic. Co-brokered sales managed under transparent sharing terms.
If the exclusive mandate is signed before public launch, professional service fees paid under this proposal may be treated as an advance against Exlusive’s future commission — deducted progressively from completed transactions, under the final mandate terms.
